'The Downpour' (Available at Green & Stone, Chelsea, London 31st July - 30th Aug)
 
A view through trees on my walks around Arne, this particular morning there had been a downpour creating a pool around the bottom of some trees - the reflection had a little magic to it.

My works are both literal and part memory part feeling. Living on the Isle of Purbeck I am constantly walking around the heathlands and nature reserves. I take pictures, sketches and note the sensations that this beautiful and magical place creates in and for me. In some way I am trying to pass this experience on to the viewer - to see and feel it through my eyes.
