'The Outbuilding' - Kingston
 
I often walk up from Kingston out along to the coastal path. This is a view of a building that I pass along the way. The shadow from the trees adds a little mystery and strangeness to the building.

My works are both literal and part memory part feeling. Living on the Isle of Purbeck I am constantly walking around the heathlands and nature reserves. I take pictures, sketches and note the sensations that this beautiful and magical place creates in and for me. In some way I am trying to pass this experience on to the viewer - to see and feel it through my eyes.
